DJ Ian Wright has just included it on his latest comp which is probably why

it's proving more difficult to find these days, now gettin' attention from

the Funk crowd. Great tune and a recommended comp if you like that

i know you're looking for the 45 but i have a promo copy of the lp in near mint condition and it has that track on it with plenty of others in a similar vien, if you're interested i'd be willing to trade.
