I was going to post this up in today's sounds thread, and it started me thinking on another topic. Many, many years ago a mate did me a tape of 'rare soul' records and on it was the Andantes - 'Like A Nightmare'. I asked him what it was worth as I like to get one; his reply was "several hundreds of pounds, and that's if you'd ever find anyone willing to sell you a copy!" I quickly came to the conclusion that my chances of ever owning a copy is next to none.
Therefore, I was wondering if there a record that you've given up on ever owning, no matter how many time you win the lottery?
