June 14, 200717 yr Author I had a Monzas record in a picture sleeve, can't remember which one, but inside was a handwritten letter from their promotor with little biogs about each group member, was quite a nice bit of memorablia. I also bought a few copies of various 45's off their lead singer/songwriter

Why an US soul band would take its name from a town close to Milan, famous for the race circuit and nothing else...? I'm very sensible at Monza at the moment... This Sunday Pisa FC will play the play-off final versus Monza FC... The winner will jump up in Serie B... match of the life...

June 15, 200717 yr Loads of Italians in the US though. That's correct Stuart, but they were all from down south. Monza is close to the Switzerland border... I could understand if they were the Napoli's or the Palermo's... but Monza's...? BTW Monza is the name of a tuning Lambretta kit as welll...
