Does anyone if this has been booted/counterfeited or reissued on the US Bronco release? Couldn´t find anything in Manships guide volume 3.

Perhaps the was insufficient demand ever to lead to the booting of the US copy? UK President could have reissued it enough times &  in quantity to meet the demand, before people moved onto the next thing and  demand waned pretty quickly.
