Clip wont play, any ideas?

one problem thats come up and some have been having is that some clips encoded by real jukebox may not work

dunno how wide this get used, but looking at ways to get around this

if are using that , if can turn off teh tags when enoding it may help as apperntly it adds extra stuff which currently messes up the on site encoder
