Love this one and I have the LP.

Just want to know one thing; is it any difference between the LP version and the 7"?

The 7" is only 3.12 compared to the LP's 5.01 in length. You're better off with the 7" though as the LP version goes into a pretty mundane stripped down 2 minutes.

Yeah, but the album "In Control" has the full length version of "Somebody's Gotta Win.." One of the very best soul ballads of the 70s IMO.

I got both, because 7 has lovely non-lp track called Feeling A Feeling and LP has the full length of Heaven Is Only One Step Away, it's a killer sweet.
