Exactly. Aimed at the Youth of America in the late 50's & 60's.

As with the "Youth Oppertunity Program" with the Picture Sleeve (Jimmy Fraser). That was also aimed at keeping kids in school. As with many other records.

Don't know if it worked or not :shades:
