Question for you anoraks out there

Mickey Lanay and Diane Minor I'm Gonna Walk on Vulcan and Isle City respectively.

Who did the original recording as both have the same writer/producer credits. I always assumed Mickey Lanay did, but this may be because that was the first version I heard.
