Been wanting this tune now ever since I first heard it a few years ago, ok it's on a CD but sounds just as good as the vinyl, now I'm going to play it to death :lol: the CD is called "Damn Sam The Miracle Man And The Soul Congregation", this must rate as one of the all time top (dare I say) modern soul tunes yes.gif

Definately an album you should hear before you buy. I know some people who might like it and others who definately won't.

It has a raw funky spirit and tough vocals but it's a low-budget production and at times it sounds predictable and full of cliches. A couple of the songs (and instrumentals) are spoiled by a dreadful synth, one is ruined by an awful lead guitar.

Interesting in places but a bit second-rate and wierd in others.
