Modern Soul Unknowns

Been digging through some boxes in my storage unit and pulled these modern 45s out that I can't find any info on and personally don't know. If any could help with any info....price, rarity etc. Also an opinion on if you think it's any good!

Joy Dan Prince - My Heart Skips A Beat - Prince

I personally think this is a decent tune, but very 80s sounding and probably too 80s for a lot of people. Used to go for $50-ish, but several US dealers seems to have quantity of this so has dropped to about $20-$30 if eBay prices are anything to go by.

She issued a rare LP on the Prince label as well:
