I think it is similar to Ticketmaster but it's German, Ralf advertised this site for the boat tickets, also I used it for the Baltic Weekender Tickets, I am sure Ralf will aware of the e-mails from Kartenhaus if it is as serious as they are saying.

Jan told me about the Kartenhaus problem. I`m really sorry to hear what happened. The MS Hedi promoter gave them around 20 tickets for the boat trip on sunday (no tickets for the Allnighters at the Mandarin Kasino) and they sold approx 10 of them.

The Kartenhaus sell tickets for most of the concerts/music events in Hamburg for more than 10 years. The MS Hedi boat promoter sell his tickets regulary via Kartenhaus and told me that he had never problems before.

We will not work with them again in the future and we hope none of the 10 soulies who ordered the boat tickets there have some following problems with their credit cards.

Sorry, but it`s not our fault. This can happen anywhere and everywhere nowadays.
