Does anyone know a fair price for this 45: Sunrise Movement - Running Wild - Ghetto??

I've got a copy and saw it posted as a want on the funk forum, no idea on price though so want to make sure I don't ask way over the top or sell it far too cheap!

Wonder what it is with this tune, played it a few times at General Soul events here in Berlin and to some people at my home base...everybody seems to dig this nice number Value between 20 and 50 UKP. Maybe cheaper on the bay though...
