I purchased an excellent record from u.s. ebay few months back, Willie Parker 'Ive Got To Fight It' on M-Pac. I never see this listed, never hear it being played yet it is a stunning dancer. Guy H used to play it back in the late 80's. I paid $20 for it and it is in ex condition, did i get a bargain? & why is it not played - just right for today.

Its a great record as you stated already and yes it did get spun by various dj's in the 8ts and early 9ts. The thing is it never really took off like many other great tunes.

Most serious collectors are aware of the record but it has remained a little obscure... i remember selling a spare back in the early 9ts for £40/50.

I think it holds the same value todayas one was on a list recently. Good record and you got good taste mate...now sign your name next time and don't be so shy :-)

Sorry Greg it was me - i had looged on earlier then logged out again when it came across me to post the w parker bit. Glad someone elso out there with a bit of taste.

on logging in/out, there seems to be a few probs with the auto login, but hopefully next upgrade will sort...
