Looking through the sales section the other day noticed everyone giving a newish shop/web site big plugs, so went on and found a record that my wife wants, so sent a pm NO REPLY, rang the shop got the answer phone LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MY PHONE NUMBER,NO REPLY? rang the mobile number managed to speak to one of the owners, who said he wasn`t sure wether the record was in stock and took my number said he would get back to me, AFTER TWO DAYS STILL NO REPLY.If the record wasn`t available why wasn`t i at least contacted to inform me of the situation. If this is a newish buisness venture then customer relations should be a high priority if not just good manners. Have managed to source the record in question elsewhere now so good news in the end
