Oh yes its for real!

From what I've read he's genuine. Believe he's meant to be an actual branch manager. Won some sort of company talent contest? Remember originally they used a couple or three different people.

Winds me up something rotten though. If that's Halifax' idea of soul I'm glad I'm with Nationwide ranting_1.gif
