Personally I love the stuff comin out of New York /New Jersey over the last few years that is slightly less techi than this clip.

Class stuff on Nite Grooves, Anthony Nicholson, Dennis Ferrer ('Hit It Off' from his recentish 'the world as i see it' is one of the greatest things i have ever heard), Glenn Underground, recent release by Luis Radio-The Mood on seasons a US label that is like a 'hammond deep house workout' (should have a copy comin in a day ot two), check it out at Juno if you don't know it already, personally I think it will cross over in a few years (or whatever) to the more funky scene.

I despair when I hear soul fans saying house has not got soul. It is soul music made today.

Really wanted to contribute to the other house thread but I hate the term 'soulful house' as it does not need the prefix anymore than any other type of 'soul music', 'soulful soul' anyone?
