Jason S Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 Brand new 7" Mailer and 3 (sometimes 4) 7" stiffeners placed either side of the record (alternating the way the corrugation goes for extra strength) You can buy the mailers and stiffeners off ebay very easily. Guest covmart Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 I put mine in a poly sleeve and put that in a carboard sleeve. Then I put it in a plastic grocery bag and then in the mailer. I started with the plasi bag after I had a couple of postmen/mailmen leave the boxes on peoples doorsteps and they got rained on and drenched and the labels got ruined.
