Does anyone remember a song played regularly at wigan casino with the lyrics 'calling 99 tucsan, alright!' shouted out evry so often?

Cant remember who spun it but it was in the main room and was one of those latter day spins that bordered on the poppy.ala theme from joe 90 etc .
