Haven't heard any of these songs, and don't know anything about it, but found this picture sleeve while searching for info on it.

Seems to be the sleeve for a french EP.

These tracks may actually have been recorded in Europe - Carl and the Commanders spent lots of time here in the 60s, playing society balls and the like. They were, I believe, on the US Government's list of 'approved bands' for official overseas functions.

It was while singing with the Commanders in the early 60s that Brooks O'Dell made his two singles in Italy, before he ever had a US-made release. In the mid 60s, Ruth McFadden was their featured vocalist and she, too, toured Europe with the group. Didn;t make any non-US singles with them as far as I'm aware, though...
