Which soul version do you have a special fondness for ?

I have always cherished the Arthur Alexander version , but recently Clyde Mcphatter's take has been glued to my turntable. They are quite different as vocalists but both achieve near perfection.

I have a special fondness for laura nyro's version with patti labelle. aretha's is not to be sniffed at either.
