Just listened to Esther Phillips "Cry to me", courtesy of Jocko and as I am not overfamiliar with her work, did not appreciate that Sam Dees is involved.
Although you might not strictly call this track a duet - as Jock says "he (Sam Dees) loves to join in" - it got me thinking what fantasy duets would have worked.
Who would have duetted with, say, Linda Jones or Walter Jackson to produce a "dream team" or would this just simply not have worked?
And not just duets, female and male, what about group members collaborating.
