I have a copy of the very very rare Arkansas 45 "Too Late Feeling" by Mary Jane Reese on the Alley label. Alley wasnt known for its soul output, but they did release this (possibly) unknown, superb Northern tune.

Fantastic feel and amazing horns (probably arranged by the great Joe Lee)...a real gem. I have never seen another copy so I will be taking serious offers. Please PM me.

Record and labels are NM (the marks on the label are dirt on the scanner glass, not the label)

Thanks!

There are a couple of superb soul recordings on Alley: Ike Noble's It's Bad and The Uptights Look A Little Higher/Just A Dream.

This is an interesting 45 but I wonder if it was conceived as a soul record: it sounds like more of a Bobby Gentry tribute than anything else.
