I get it too..ordered by email after too many beers and regret it in the morning...or the missus finds out!

Does my head in because you may have told another half dozen people the record has gone in the meantime.

I know Shifty wont deal with these guys again and I have started to do the same, I have a section at the back of my sales book called "The wankers list" where i write their name and the record they ordered and if they try to order again i quote them for both records!
