This is a default amount generated by Ebay's new pricing policy. This happens when you select Standard Shipping when you list the item.

I add the actual shipping costs into the description.

I won a 45 the other day, $2.19 he sent the invoice.He wanted 24.60 p&p i told him what he could do with said 45 and that i would report him to e-bay he did knock post down to £10.60 still expencive, but i will pay as he said i should have looked, but you just tke it that everyone is fair on there rates. SAM

Just bought a 45 from seller in New York, his automatic invoice from Payapl said $7.75 shipping. I emailed him twice and got no response so paid the money and when I got the 45 I left him "Over charged, $7.75 for shipping actual cost $1.80" as his feedback, he contacted me for address and sent me $5 bill refund!!

I said he should have just answered email and sent a proper invoice and it wouldnt have happened.

I find that leaving a nasty feedback although it shows as a positive until someone looks at each message, has a quick effect.
