Wouldn't your money be better spent on the 2nd edition which is still available? It seems like it's much more thorough now, yes?

February 28, 200916 yr Got all mine direct from the author, infact the first two volumes were bought while Bob McGrath worked on the remaining 2 volumes. Brilliant work by the way.
