Anyone have any info on who this mob were on this 45 release from 1975?

Personnel, and who was behind it ?

Another Wigans Ovation type outfit, one would presume ?

Obviously a version of the Wayne Fontana fave.

I was always led to believe they were Scousers. Probably a bit of misinformation but you never know. Record's a complete load of balls anyway.
