I think that it's a Fame recording, and I believed it was leased to Chilean Capitol in about 1969 :D

Yeah - Definately on Fame (1457) the first of two records the Great George Jackson recorded on the label, probably because he was a staff writer for Rick Hall's FAME/MUSCLE SHOALS operation. - Other side is Find 'Em, Fool 'Em And Forget 'Em.
