Posted March 27, 200916 yr Does anyone of the E Bay sellers on here know how to give feedback to buyers all in one go rather than individually, as it takes forever this way ? Am I explaining myself ? Say I want to give 20 buyers the same feedback, can this be done in one operation ? Hope this makes sense but sometimes the words just won't come out the way they're in your head! Andy

Andy Yes you can, via the link in My Ebay, left hand side, Feedback, should take you to a page where you can see all the items you need to leave feedback for. After a while, when you click in the space where you leave feedback, your previous comments will appear as a drop down and you can use the same one by just clicking on it.

Doing it individually and having to keep changing pages has made bored the pants off me. Andy

Andy If you're a seller and sell a lot, it might be worth getting the seller pro subscription which lets you automate the feedback process - you automatically leave it as soon as someone else gives you a positive. There is a fee for it though unless you have a mega expensive shop. Otherwise as Pete said, a copy and paste "great thanks" is my normal (and works for buyers and sellers) and you get through them in no time.
