Rick appeared on the Mod scene in the late 80s from what I recall, and used to show up at Birmingham mod events quite a lot.Seem to recall he wore black leather driving gloves a lot...or am I imagining things.I remember him lighting a fag with a£10 note once at Littlehampton, and when he thought no-one was looking he tried to put it out as fast as possible......
