For the past 7 years I promote a charity event every year to give something back to the scene. This year it's to raise funds for Allerton Cat Rescue and The Mill Lane Football team Last year (December) when I checked the soulsource calender there were no other events on the same date for miles. Which is why I chose that date! The Love apple date was added to the events calender the following May. I only run 5 events per year, bi-monthly, very popular and well attended. I am certainly not going to tread lightly incase I accidently step on toes. The clash was not intentional as can be seen by the date of booking. For me, its always about the music, not the politics, drug misuse, shady dealings, we need to get back to basics, enjoying the records and remembering why we got into this scene!
