  1. That's what I thought...when I got home and listened to "Check It Baby" I couldn't believe that was the selling side.
  2. Got a copy of Willie & The Mighty Magnificents Take My Love w/d on All Platinum today. Done a bit of searching and seen it on recent sales for anywhere from $30 to $60. Are these usual prices? Guy I bought it from was trying to sell it for $400!!(i hate record price guides) but I talked him down to about $50 and it's in NM condition. Although it appears I did get taken on that one, I got a decent copy of Tony Middleton-Paris Blues demo for $40. Thanks, Nick
  3. Still looking for a copy. Anyone else?
  4. Wanting this record badly at the moment and someone beat me to it on someone's sales list. Looking for a vg+ or better condition copy. Thanks, Nick
  5. Picked this up today...knew they released some lp's on Trip, but can't seem to find any info about that record label having any 45's by the Ohio Players. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this record. Kind of a cool looking label. -Nick
  6. Any offers around £120-150 would be accepted. It's only the first second or two that is ruined, and then plays great. Trades are also acceptable.
  7. The melted part.
  8. Got a Harry Starr- Step Into My World c/w Another Time, Another Place on End 1129. BB hole in label "Step" side is is Ex "Another" side is in G+ due to what looks like a small part on the edge of the vinyl is melted or sanded (will post a picture) which makes the first few seconds unplayable, but still plays most of the intro before he starts singing. The side sounds Vg+ to EX as it plays through though, minus the intro thing. Taking offers or trades.
  9. Are all of their record over 3 minutes long? I remember playing Anytime Is The Right Time at an event a while back when I wasn't too familiar with it, and I thought it was about to end 3 different times but then it kicked right back in over and over.
  10. Here's the label picture...housed in a plain white cardboard sleeve, so figured no need to take a picture of that. I got this for a buck, and I just don't need it to continue to take up space. Send me an offer, and more than likely I'll accept. -Nick
  11. Masqueraders test press of the album "Everybody Wanna Live On" on Columbia. Not the best of condition...vinyl is Vg+ at a generous best, but the sleeve is clean with the band name mispelled as 'Mascaraders'. 'KCMR' is also written on both sides. Tracks are all switched around too. I'll add pictures in a bit. If you're interested just PM with an offer. -Nick
  12. Got the Chuck Corby sorted, now just looking for that Chris Teller Also, I've got another to add to the list: Vernon Garrett-Turn Back The Hands Of Time on Modern Thanks.
  13. Looking for decent condition copies. Please PM with a price. Chris Teller- I've Been Hurt (Ciray) Chuck Corby- Happy Go Lucky (Sound) Thanks, Nick

  16. Got a friend with one...you'd have to pay book price on it though. The guy won't even deal it to me.
  17. Yeah, I've got that one too on Egg, I think. I've played it a few times. One of his best tracks, but his Eddie Purrell cover is his best Northern track imo.
  18. Fabulous Downbeats- Life Goes On (Poison Ring) Betty Everett- Bye, Bye Baby (ABC) De Vons- Someone To Treat Me (King, yellow promo) Showmen- Our Love Will Grow (Swan promo) DuShons- You Better Think It Over (Down To Earth) Little Flint- Pain (Beast) Toni Lamarr- I'd Do Anything (Buddah) Lou Rawls- Dead End Street (Live Version) (MGM), way cooler intro

Ha, Minneapolis must be way behind....most of this stuff is just starting to get spins now or is one of the records that gets played every month.
  20. Anyone else a fan? Kind of rips off everyone elses songs (especially Bob & Earl), but at least he does a great job imo. My favorite: although his cover of The Spoiler is a close 2nd
  21. Don't worry, already PM'd him. Just want to have the song, but I'm still interested in getting the US copy.
  22. Yeah, saw that one already...did a google search and it showed one on the original label someone was selling on here a year ago for the same price.
  23. On Phillips Don't think it's too rare...let me know. -Nick
