Yes you are right with the one good night is better than a lot of poorly attended ones...But all the different promoters would want the best night,thats the problem in trying to find agreement etc...There is always gonna be politics and people forming there own little groups because they want to hear there own sounds..Don't really want to be negative but thats the way it goes a lot of the time..

Yes too many soul nights,far far too many..But there are many handbaggers who don't go near all niters..The once a month brigade...But each to there own... Same with weekenders..if people don't want them then they would fold,but enough people do it seems.. I aint the soul police..I come and go where i please as do others..I think a lot of so called big events are shite but many like them..Live and let live... I do think that soul-source attracts a certain type of punter though..I think most are wanting something a bit different and not the handbag revival crowd and over played/done to death top 500.. Any other views on this...
