Yep agree noticed the same myself , think its down this, unless you take an intrest in uk collecting its a bit of a secret that 3002 was the first issue , maybe there is a bit of re activation going on with the single and djs not collectors are paying a premium at the moment for any copy.

Cant help on current value, as had my copy for quite a few years now , sure I paid around fifty quid for it and its a demo although not sure if its worth more than an issue ................but do agree STORMING TUNE

Mowest 3024 also a re issue- Mowest 3002 was original issue ....just to be pedantic

Maybe £100 a bit strong , 2nd issue with smaller label text would have thought no more than £40.00

Tongue in cheek aside , this does speak volumes for the brigade who want us all to think they are" oh so cool" (NOT) cos they are dissing FW and the connotations it has on "the northern soul scene" people can hate it as long as they really think its just a bad record or love it any way they want, wether its dancing to it in retro baggy trousers recapturing their youth or just want to own a copy of the record . dont bother me. I bought my uk TMG1170 copy brand new and still have it ....so wont be buying your copy, but if I did you could paste it all over the front page of SOULSOURCE ...as far as i am concerned

Twas a nightmare mate , dont think I have ever been so scared since,was only 16

TWO AND A HALF twice during 1979 and got half way to the Xmas 79 one , but me and me mate got beat up at Derby train station , by travelling Chelsea (i think , certainly Londoners) fans , feeling hurt and missing our train to Crewe we returned on luckily the last train back to Wellingboro. Scared us so much never felt like going again ...but apparantley it was crap after then anyway ....not my words just what ive heard

Remember as a teenager back in the 70s, like many others, buying the 200 soul packs , me and my mate used to go halves on them , we would inevitavely end up with about only 20 records that we thought were any good , so I ended up with a bedroom full of records nobody wanted . My Mum kept giving me earche to get rid of them. As we lived literally a stones throw from the river Nene me and my mate used to frisby handfulls of them into the river from a distance ....they fly for miles!! anyone else tried it .....God knows what ended up in there...I shudder to think
