I can't believe no one has snapped up the E.J. And The Echoes here, a steal at £280.00 an outstanding Detroit record which is as rare if not rarer than The Tempos on Diamond Jim, had mine for years stunning record simply stunning. Regards - Mark Bicknell.

Third Guitar - Sad Girl - Rojac, Real Sleeper Of A Record That Needs Waking Up
Who mentioned anything about being a 'Dancer'? I certainly did'nt, simply said it's good enough to gain some turntable action having a nice crossover feel to it which goes down well in some areas of the scene, good call though with the invention of the 'Head Nodder' term lol Regards - Mark Bicknell.

Carvers
With you all the way Steve old son, spot on with every comment above, apart from not being the done thing how do people actually feel when they don't play the real deal? or do some people simply don't care? once I deside to move a record on the deal is done I pack it in a mailer and it goes to the buyer with no thought of 'I must still have a copy no matter what', as I said sell it, move on and find something else to fill the gap or if you want the tune that bad don't sell the original in the first place. Regards - Mark Bicknell.

Third Guitar - Sad Girl - Rojac, Real Sleeper Of A Record That Needs Waking Up
Third Guitar - Sad Girl - Rojac 120, stunning sleeper of a record that needs waking up, not that rare but may prove a little hard to find but well worth the hunt, certainly will be giving this some turntable action in 'The Soul Shack' and out and about at the odd gig, so right for today and never really been played that much as I recall, fantastic production and just holds that something a little special, should find copies of this knocking about for under £40.00 but even the top end it's worth every cent. Regards - Mark Bicknell.

Carvers
If this is true then it's a disgrace in my book, bit like having your cake and eating it so to speak, I've moved loads of rare records over the years and it never entered my head to get a dub/carver cut, cheating really, sell it be done with it and move on with something else, far too many short cut's being taken these day's and it really goes against the grain being that the basis of this scene is about rare and hard to find records in many instances, unissued and preserving rare one off's etc. is common sense and a different issue I'm talking about doing a carver of some shit rare hard to find gem like some of the stuff being sold on Ebay for example, total bollocks for pretend DJ's and shame on anyone who cut's a dub off their original and sells it on and even worse if they did'nt own the record in the first place, holding these dubs/carvers or whatever you want to call them is a total nonsence they have no collectable value, they are as already stated totally illegal and playing them at a venue holds no substance or credability it's just being totally lazy and void of any passion or respect for the records in the first place, just another shitty little practice that seems to go on. Selling Records To Friends
I buy a lot of records off friends and people I know well and tend to not haggle that much, record prices and friendship 'never the twain shall meet'.......lol at the end of the day a record is worth the same money if you know somebody or not and tend to think that friendship and cutting a deal for a record should not cloud the issue. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
