Sorry I was trying to be funny lol I meant the Orange copy is about £150.00 and the Yellow design is about £100.00 hence the difference is about £50.00. Regards - Mark Bicknell.

There you go everybody, snap these up! seems like a good idea to me, cheers for the scans Dave, the question is what was Big Daddy Rogers and Willie Cager doing in Japan? a country of great taste in records it would seem and I bet you are taking great joy in ploughing all the spare copies up...lol Regards - Mark Bicknell.

About fifty quid....lol Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  10. Just been having a mad half hour upstairs playing a few tunes and sorting the play boxes out getting ready to play a few after a bit of a break soon (blame my son Luke and Chelsea Football Club for that....lol) I've been playing the brilliant Willie Cager - 'He's A Player' - Contact Records out of Chicago, a stunning little sleeper of a crossover record that really needs some turntable action B/W a real hard edged Northern dancer 'What Can You Do' two fantastic but very different sides that I'm sure will cut the mustard at venues if they have not already? The good thing is that this one will only set you back £25/30.00 but may well be a good idea to snap one up if you see it listed or in a sales box somewhere. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  11. Sent you a PM on the highlighted record. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  12. Sent you a PM
  13. Fantastic Steve let's do it over the next couple of weeks no rush but a nice prize cheers, I've had no luck with finding the Connie Tanzell verion, John Anderson, Tim Brown etc. a big fat NO! I'm scared to ask JM in case I get a clip round the earhole, looks like it's going to be the ellusive one....lol Regards - Mark Bicknell
  14. I got to Jim late after all you lot did so only managed to get a few bits and bobs off him, Imperial C's, John Leach, Ronnie McNeir, Belaires, Melvin Davis (Wheel City) Peoples Choice (Palmer) and a few others which I can't remember.....lol some collection that boy had. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  15. Well Tony The Ebonys and Fuller Brothers versions most certainly will lol I've not even heard the Connie Tanzell version and I want one but I reckon it could prove difficult???? Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  16. What a spiffing idea Mr Plumb, sounds good to me, let's do that then, fantastic. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  17. I think it's already been mentioned that SC 108 demo's were double sided and 'Don't Knock Me' was only on the Stock/Issue copies. Regards - Mark Bicknell.

  20. Steve sell the two spare copies of The Ebonys to JM as he's now out of stock....lol, but knowing you they will be held onto as till such time it's a Soul Shack monster....lol Just got Bell Fuller Brothers but sadly not on Soul Clock, Connie Tanzell version anyone???? Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  21. Hi Harry, I saw the label listing on the other thread and it was the first record I thought of on the label possibly because it's the only one I have....lol fantastic record which I picked up years ago for a few quid, has to be £50.00 to £75.00?????? Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  22. I totally agree with everything you say here I was simply stating a fact of life really i.e. those with a few quid in their pocket can buy what they wish I guess, as for the chase, blood, sweat, tears in finding records I'm pretty sure 99% of us can relate to and go through this and then some. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  23. No one forces people to bid on records they just do if they want it badly and are prepared to pay whatever it costs, it must be fantastic if you are in the 'money no object' bracket of collector/DJ which must be few and far between? Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  24. And finally, reduced and bump. Regards - Mark Bicknell.
  25. Reduced and bump....lol Regards - Mark Bicknell.
