Dave Rimmers and also the Sir Shambling site are constant sources of reference for me. So immensely comprehensive they demand respect. There are also a couple of 60s garage sites (Chris Bishops for one) which although not soul focussed are extremely informative and well researched - and do provide a great reference source for soul-influenced garage bands of relevance to the northern scene.- Best Soul Lp Ever From The 60Ts
