Only just read this thread & was in 2 minds whether to post as it's giving morontommy the publicity he so badly desires but what the hell. This man grated me when he first attacked the lovely Jayne Malone previously, totally un-called for, un-necessary, cowardly & way off mark His further attack on the decent hard working promoters at Radcliffe is completely out of order, strikes of jealousy & his whole attitude to the scene stinks. Fortunately these sort of moron's are far & few between & thankfully I don't think I'll see him at venue I frequent.

I'd completely forgot about that one Dave. Gosh you're memory is amazing for an OAP I also went during the MYK years, early to mid 90's, when Bradford finished, me & the 3 Theresa's (on the train & then when TC passed her driving test in her little yellow metro named Madge ) Folk used to think we were pulling their legs when we introduced ourselves as Theresa,Teresa, Theresa & Alison. Fond memories of Tony's,the pub beforehand,cant remember the name (Dave Taylor will know it though ) & the tassles of tin foil up on the stage. Ooh & sometimes back to the Brickhouse in Wigan for more fun & frolics

Paul, Santa did bring me a scanner but lazy arse me hasn't even got it out of the box I haven't forgot mate & like I said a few posts up it will be the summer of 2010 when I get them loaded up here although I may have to change that to the Winter of 2010 I've got some of downstairs too, thankfully, you're not on any of them I don't Nick. Who ran them then ? I can remember an all dayer at Benson's but then I think it burnt down. I think my first nighter at the Queens Hall was 87 when it was run by Hole in the Wall thingy mi jig then I think Crofty took over not long after (I could be completely wrong so apologies in advance ) Lovely lads Simon those Hull boys as well as you of course That was my first time I got offered gear too. It was whilst I was queuing to get in this girl comes up to me & asks me if I wanted any (somehow I knew what it was) so I stick my nose up in the air & say "No thank you !!!! ......... I DONT need it!!!" and turn my head in disgust. How I didnt get tw@tted (as in punched and not off mi face) is beyond me. Alison x

Here here Johno ! imo too I thought what was a nice touch at the recent 17th anniversay was the complimentary c.d with the nice cover that had all the badges pictured on the front. Pure quality & quality musical content, just like the badges, imo. Only thing was I saw the badges I hadn't got I dont wear the badges as they'd only clash with my sequins & diamonds BUT they do take pride & place in my favourite jewellery box and they will continue to do so
