  1. Ten quid then if I can find it
  2. Hey, they are both cack but it's miles better than Daybreak's weak and watery version
  3. What should I flog it for mate, I've definitely still got it, though it's not in here, I'm sure I've got it though...unless I'm thinking of something else...The Imperials probably
  4. It was on a cd I found just now, did it a few years back when I was still down south, I just put a load of what I thought were obscure tracks on and gave them daft names but forgot to write down who they actually were :graywanker: but my stalker is correct, it's definitely Main Ingredient and it was on UK Power Exchange if I remember correctly. Not sure where I got 'Champagne' from
  5. There you go y'see, and they say why didn't I upload the whole track before, 31 people downloaded it so far tonight and only one has the courtesy to say thank you...
  6. Yeah thats it, Main Ingredient
  7. Er, you know I know nothing about 70's soul except that I don't like it - I found this just now, it's another version of Daybreak, so I presume it's already known, but if not - it's not bad actually

As I mentioned before, you can download the entire series using any bit torrent client, takes about 90 minutes per episode. DO NOT FEAR TECHNOLOGY, EMBRACE IT
  17. I love those Teddy Randazzo productions where the verses are pretty sparse then the chorus comes absolute crashing in. A bit like Nirvana and the Pixies.

It's like watching your football team who one minute are league champions then they slide down the divisions ending up bottom of thepile. Thats what I feel when I watch the history of soul music. I'm also a bit concerned that you seem to note everything I ever post on here and come back with some cuntish reply about how your tastes are far superior to mine. I always wondered what it would like to have a stalker, now I've got two!
  24. The Four Tops were the first live act I ever saw, 1971 at the Wolverhampton Gaumont. My auntie gave me the tickets as she couldn't go. Concerts were a bit weird in those days, whenever anyone got up to try to dance, the security would make them sit down, so you had the Tops asking people to get up and dance and at the same time, bouncers saying the opposite. Anyway I never forgot that concert. Best wishes to Obie.
  25. I'd never had a yellow one before the one I had earlier this year....great record
