Fraid I haven't got it anymore. I bought it off ebay buy it now £100 myself.

£100 - £125 is the usual selling price. I wouldn't pay more than that and I wouldn't ask more than that when selling it either.

I bought that actual one, on spec! Sold it for considerably more yesterday after taking Mr. Mace's advice and going by the amount of people who wanted it I think the price I sold it for was right.

It's neither! It's just a join in the plastic. It LOOKS like a crack but it isn't. If you've got the MVP's have a look, 99.9% of all copies have got that line.

I'd never sell my copy

I put this up about 2 weeks ago when I think it was even more expensive than that. Then he reduced it by $500 I think, and now he's put it up again. Wish he'd tell us why it's so rare, after all it only reached number 1

If you've got any please let me know what you have, I only need red and whites, not plain whites, and I don't need any UK recordings (Jackie Edwards etc), just the ska and rocksteady, I have records to trade from £5 to a few hundred quid so if you've got anything lying around, let me know, if I haven't got it then maybe we can do a deal. cheers pete

I really loved and still love those Al Green, Ann Peebles, Syl Johnson records, they are from a period before I discovered Northern and the Hi sound was always my favourite. Needless to say The Champion was my favourite record for a long time in 1976, I still love it. RIP Willie Mitchell

That is hideous but it should only be soul records which originally had pristine labels, I've got a few hundred of those Jamaican blanks and they really do look and smell terrible!

Never heard it by Joe Higgs or any other reggae artist; only know Jimmy Hughes and The Ad Libs versions.

I've found that some people were able to send as a gift and some weren't and I think this all depends on whether you have funds in your account; if you pay from funds, you can send as a gift, but if you want to pay on a card via paypal, you get charged even if you send as a gift (you can choose if it's you or the payee who gets the charges)

This copy is visually VG+ maybe VG++ it plays EX and I'll put a sound file up soon, no problems whatsoever, very slight ring wear but similar copies to this usually sell for £150. Anyway want £100 for this one, have a listen when I put the clip up cheers pete

Anyone help me out here, I have a copy of FRANCES FAYE - COMIN HOME BABY - AUDIO FIDELITY DEMO on my list this week, it's a fantastic version and I think it's rare so I was thinking maybe 75 quid or a bit more, does anyone know for sure what it should be listed at, I have been offered 75 so maybe I'm not too far out there (it's on the podcast I put up last night by the way)
