  1. No but it came out in Germany with a pic sleeve. That's quite a rare demo that When We Get There. Well I haven't got it anyway!
  2. Roy Gelder's got that. But if you said to me, here's this white label thing or you can have, say, Chubby Checker YJDK, I know which one I;d have. If I hadn't already got it, obviously...
  3. Make sure you do it before anyone pays to get in
  4. I'd rather listen to the sound of a fat woman farting in the bath that listen to that
  5. Wonder if I sold it him, I got one in a collection in 2003, I was amazed to be honest, still the only one I;ve seen.
  6. Nor me, it makes Soul Joe Clements sound like Levi Stubbs
  7. If the good grade means it's well played with various surface marks etc..you'd probably still get 100 quid for it, it is very rare. I'd buy it..
  8. That one is super rare on an issue, is as John Drevars, I've never had the Bok To Bach issue and only ever seen one John Drevars issue.
  9. No I won't say that, I had it long ago but haven't bought one since because it's f*cking sh*t...
  10. Gilbert O Sullivan wrote at least 3 outstanding classic songs. I know Stevie's written a lot more...but Alone Again Naturally, We Will and Nothing Rhymed are all classics. I like Gilbert.
  11. Blimey I remember buying packs of 10 records for a quid in our local tv/record shop in the village and there was one of those in every other pack. It's actually The Packers - Go Head On / Hole in the wall.

Never heard of that mispress before.
  13. All updated, thanks to everyone who's bought from the list

It's a boot from 1977, pressed on vinyl
  15. I sold a Parlophone issue to D The Drug one night at Keele - £30 I think
  16. It's certainly sought after but not in the top 3 rarities. I've got a far rarer CBS record than that, Dennis D'Ell - Better Use Your Head - stock copy
  17. Yes, I think you're right there
  18. I actually sold my entire collection in a strop because someone found a Darrell banks London demo in a charity shop in Eastbourne and he wouldn't sell it to me
  19. Mr Rimmer is correct, first appeared on a Kent LP in the 80's, it has the extended intro which starts with "they warned me, they told me, you'd leave me lonely"
  20. I do too - that's why I've never bought it, because it's always been overpriced. The red and white Stateside is miles harder to find in my experience.
  21. No, and they won't either. I've only ever had 2 copies of Timi Yuro. Sold one of them on here earlier this year for £400 in VG+. The patrice Holloway is very rare, especially as a stock copy. Jerry Jackson is relatively common, I say relatively, Kiki Dee I must have had 8 copies of that, Mary Love is tough nowadays on King, Stateside demo of lay this burden down only about £125, which is what I paid 6 weeks back... I paid £250 for the John Andrews demo, when I sold my other copy in 1993 I sold it for £25!
  22. They aren't rare though, they are just sought after - a Hoagy Lands Stateside issue is rarer than any UK Tamla Motown record on demo for instance.
  23. If you ask me nicely
