Unless RCA had two Gil Bernals in the 60s it's probably the same guy who played sax with Lionel Hampton when he was pretty young. He definately recorded for Verve in the late 50s / early 60s and later went to RCA so it looks fairly likely. Godz

I've had three releases: 0007 Sam & the Soul Walkers 0008 Village Crusaders 0010 Bob Relf Between 0007 and 0008 the address changes from Hollywood to another part of LA and all three have different phone numbers! I've also seen listed an Aki Aleong 45, "Legend of the Limbo" with the cat No. 1010. Although the numbering system is different I assume it's the same label as he is involved in two of the earlier releases. Any other info or recommendations? Godz

So, people who sell on here and on other sites: Is there any real point in writing things like "No time wasters please" ? Has anyone ever consciously thought "hmmm, better not reserve that then, as I have no intention of paying" The other popular one is "Realistic offers only." What's a realistic offer? If it means you want at least what you paid for it, then give us a clue. On the other hand if it means you won't take less than, say, two hundred pounds - why not say so? Thoughts anyone? Godz
