I'm looking forward to this Saturday 22nd, when we bring you our guest DJ Pep Pereira, Pep has been a guest DJ for a few years now and he's always in demand to the point he's all over the country guesting at venues, this shows the calibre of Pep that he's so busy and he's such a nice guy too and very knowledgeable of the music and the records, Pep always plays great sets with a mix of everything from classic oldies to modern and rare so bring your dancing shoes, there'll be no Tommy this month but he'll be back next month, But we have local lad Norman Edwards, Norman is a regular at the northern line, he's also guest DJ'd at the services in widnes and the warmy in runcorn so I'm looking forward to him playing his set, Dean will be back from DJ'ing in Portugal, and myself filling in between their sets, so it's got the makings of another special night at the northern line, so if your looking to venture out on Saturday why not give the northern line a try, but if you can't make it keep safe and we hope you can make it next month ktf Moz.

Wow I can't believe what a night we had, with so much on not just locally but weekenders on as well it was fantastic to see, and I just want to thank everyone who supported us, Our guest DJ Johnny Roberts played an absolute sublime set from classic oldies to modern and rare and underplayed he will definitely be back in 2023, Tommy Johnson started the night off and finished the night , both his sets were fantastic filling the dancefloor throughout his set, Dean Mitchell came on and played some records I didn't even knew he had and what a set he put together, anyway I just want to thank everyone involved in putting the night together because without them we can't put the night on, our next event will be on Saturday 22nd October with guest DJ Pep Pereira, Pep is a regular guest at the northern line and always plays the best in soul music so the northern line soul family are in for a treat I can't wait for this one, I just wanted to let everyone know we tried to hire the room for new year's eve, but unfortunately the room is already booked, so we've managed to put a Christmas special on, it will be Saturday 17th December with guest DJ Eric fanning so this has got the makings of another special night at the northern line, if this date clashes with any local venues i can only apologise this was the only date I could have, ktf moz

Wow, what a night we had, I've just managed to finally catch my breath back, the support you gave the northern line last night was outstanding, and with so much on across the country to be honest it was overwhelming to see and be a part of, we had traveller's in from Leeds, Doncaster, derby, Chesterfield, and not forgetting our local soul family from Wigan runcorn, widnes, and warrington, we had record sales in the corner of the room doing great business, which added to a great atmosphere and the dancers really went for it, and with the dancefloor back to it's best and people commenting on how good the dancefloor is, made the night what it was and I can only thank everyone of you for your great support, our guest DJ Jimmy Knowles played a fantastic set from classics to rare and the dancers really enjoyed it, Tommy Johnson started the night off with some new tunes he's been buying and what a set he put together I was still getting messages at 2am saying what a cracking young dj he his, Dean Mitchell followed Tommy, and played everything the dancers wanted and with a full dancefloor through out his set the dancers really went for it, our next event is on Saturday 24th September when we bring you our guest DJ johnny Roberts from north Wales we hope you can make but if you can't keep safe and we hope to see you soon ktf moz.

Just to let everyone know that we've been to set up today and the club have gone and bought some special dancefloor polish and I can honestly say the dancefloor is back to normal its been nicely polished for you tonight the club has apologised for last months dancefloor and they've now sorted it ktf moz

Looking forward to Saturday when we bring you over our guest DJ Jimmy Knowles, I've known Jimmy a long time, and when we get the chance to sit down and talk about the music and the records we've bought, he always amazes me with the knowledge he's got not just about the records but the artists and labels there on, he's also put me onto some great records to, so I'm made up he said yes to guesting at the northern line because he's got a fantastic record collection so your in for a treat, and with Tommy Johnson and Dean Mitchell and myself filling inbetween it's got the makings of another special night, so if your looking to venture out on Saturday night the northern line is the place to be, but if you can't make it this month, what ever your doing keep safe ktf moz.

I'm So glad I made it over to the arkwright centre the music and atmosphere was on another level, I loved every minute of what was a really busy night, and to cap it of there was some fantastic dancers in which was great to see, it was great to catch up with friends I hadn't seen for a while, I will definitely be back well done to everyone involved ktf moz

Sorry this is late, I'm really looking forward to this Saturday when we bring you our guest DJ Pete Eccles, Pete doesn't need much of an introduction unless you've been hiding in cave for the last 30 years but if you have here's just a snippet of what he has achieved, he's guested at the parr hall on numerous of times, the RMI club, the winding wheel club in Chesterfield and weekenders all over the country he's involved with the spitfire club in Bolton in his home town, Pete always plays to the dancefloor and not himself so you're in for a treat this Saturday and with Tommy Johnson and Dean Mitchell, myself filling inbetween this has got the making of a another special night at the northern line so if your looking to venture out this give us a try you won't be disappointed but if you can't make it this month keep safe what ever your doing ktf moz.

Wow what a fantastic night at the northern line, the support was outstanding and with so much on across the country it was probably one of our best nights, there were friends that came that we haven't seen in a long time Tim & Clare from st Helen's, ste & Joan from southport, and Howard & Janet from Cheshire, old and new friends were made last night, and soulies travelled from all over the country, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Derby wrexham and not forgetting our local northern line soul family from widnes, Wigan, Manchester, and warrington, the support from our travelling soul family makes all the hard work we do to put the night together worth while and thank you never seems enough, Our guest DJ Pete Everett played a sublime set from his first record to his last and kept the dancefloor busy throughout his set, Pete will definitely be back again Tommy Johnson started the night of and what a great set he put together, I followed on from Tommy playing a couple of new tunes I've picked up, next up was Dean Mitchell and again another great set from him some cracking tunes and keeping the dancefloor busy throughout his set, anyway thank you to everyone of you for your fantastic support last night and we hope to see you on our next event which is Saturday 23rd July when we bring our guest DJ Pete Eccles form Bolton, we look forward to seeing you all again thank you again from everyone involved with the northern line. ktf moz.

Wow what a night at the Alford, i just want to thank everyone who supported us last night, we had soulies in from all over the country Mansfield, Chesterfield, derby Leeds and not forgetting our local northern line soul family, numbers where down but that was to be expected with what was on, but the dancer's were in, and boy did they go for it, the dancefloor was full from the minute we opened till the end and thank you doesn't seem enough to say to everyone who supported us, our guest DJ played a sublime mix of records for everyone and boy did the dancer's enjoy it which showed with a busy dancefloor through out his set, Alan will definitely be back again, our resident DJ Tommy Johnson played some new tunes he's been buying and they worked a treat, Tommy is really enjoying himself at the northern line and it shows with his sets, Dean Mitchell is for me one of the best DJ's around he plays to the dancefloor and not himself and that's what makes Dean the DJ he is, anyway our next event is on Saturday 25th June when we bring you our guest DJ for the night Pete Everitt, Pete is class dj and always plays to the dancefloor, so we hope you can make it but if you can't keep safe and hopefully we'll see you soon ktf moz.
