well guys, i filed a complaint, as advised by members here. this was the topic: got the message from ebay that seller asked them to review the case and make the decision.. and like 10,15 min after that i got a note : eBay Customer Support has reviewed the case and made a final decision. We've considered the case carefully and decided not to issue you a refund. We're sorry this didn't work out. that was pretty fast, they didn't asked me anything.. looking for pictures, evidence or anything, don't know what to think really.. all i know is that the record is overgraded by a margine and seller got away with it.

that's the one. his NM- grade ios pretty descent, maybe above VG+ of a very strict USA grader but without that scuff, which really dnap record is NM even his 8 or NM- plays perfect this copy simply isn't that. crackles on b side especially, many little scratches seller is ignoring my messages now and that is REALLY pissing me off oh yes, and when i said i'm gonna post this on one respectfull forum, providing pictures and audio.. and if everybody say that it's overgraded i want 50% refund (custom fee included). seller said - well everybody is entitled for opinion. well i thought that goldmine standard is there just because of that - so that everyone CAN'T have their own opinion

thanks for advice. the tricky part is that i'm from Serbia and we don't have paypal so i make payments through my sister's account. she used to live in Chicago and i use her account as a balance for 2 years now maybe. don't know if paypal is going to do something and that scares me. though i believe seller is in no good situation as she send it to address not connected with paypal. what happens when you file a complaint?

this one Richard crackles are not from the pressing. when you look at the record you kinda know it's gonna be "fun" this is a loud pressing btw

.. bought a record recently. was well pleased with the price i got it for, though not using sniper program then knocked 20$ more from my pocket as a friend placed a bid few seconds too early and allowing 2nd bidder to bid up. ok, no big deal. record described as NM if not for one scuff which doesn't affect play. record arrived, i was hit with the custom fee (30$) - seller stating the full value. this wasn't mentioned on seller's page.. she changed that for their future sales after i pointed out. i would bid accordingly if i knew i was going to be hit with custom fee.. and seller is willing to cover that fee. but the biggest problem is that the record is nowhere NM grade! that scuff isn't affecting play but there are other thigs that do. B side (part 2) which i wanted to play out as well is ful of crackles. record looks like VG to VG+, has marks and little scratches. side A plays OK, definitely not NM, side B plays much much worse. seller is telling me that it is NM.. not offering return for refund, partial refund..i wanted to send pictures and audio so she can see and hear. respected seller, has a great feedback. what should i do? if asking for refund, how much should i ask?
