Has sold for as much as $1600, $1700 & $2000, but that's the BOBBY (wil)BURN version of the 45 on Chant. Doesn't it originate from the Atlanta area (so no Philly Soul connection at all).

The Essex
There was a 2nd pressing of the earlier version of this US hit 45. I think that later version of the Roulette 45 label appeared initially around #4520 (& the Essex 45 was #4515). Guess the 2nd press is worth as much as the 1st press as it must have followed the 1st by just a few weeks (but the reissue would be worth less) .....

There's jazz & then there's jaaaazzzzzz .... the supper club type ..... I don't like all types of jazz but I do like everything on the funky end of the genre .... ........... like this for instance ............. AND this lady just about always stuck to straight unadulterated mainstream jazz ..... AND ... got lots of club gigs coz of that .....

THIS Preston Foster deffo didn't write "Got My Mojo Workin", that was a 3rd PF (Preston 'Red' Foster -- a jazz guy) .......... ..... EVERY UK based R&B band did the song in the 60's .... lots did it live when they played Sheffield's King Mojo Club (can't think why) ... .......... here's LJB doing it on RSG ...........
