  1. Yes, the seventies boot would be easier to disguise although the run out grooves would give it away 😆
  2. Record didn’t sell anyway, buyer pulled out.
  3. It was also booted on a blank label (light blue) the same time as Little Eddie Taylor, IHAGT, also on a light blue blank label. Can put scans up of them tomorrow.

  10. Thanks or info 👍 There is a vague stamp that may be the “bed” on “Just tryin .....”. The print style looks smaller than those on discogs, that’s what makes me unsure.
  11. The 47 - 9723 (69) release came out with GWP both above and below, possibly from different pressing plants?
  12. Hi all, could anyone enlighten me. Is this an East Coast press or just a seventies reissue/boot. The etching in the runout looks genuine but can’t see the “bed” stamp although there is an 11 stamp there. It is vinyl I think and quite thin. Regards in advance.
  13. Yes it has the block shaped “S” stamp (I have always, as others do, refer to it as a “bed”). And the bottom two matrix are in the runout also, the 11 is stamped. Thanks for info, much appreciated.
  14. Yes it is on Mirwood, but pressed at MGM pressing plant I think, as it has the “bed” stamp in the runout groove. Perhaps should have mentioned in original posting.
  15. Not sure if this has been asked before, but here goes. Does the MGM press of this have the “bed” stamp in the runout and is it the original press? Thanks in advance
