  1. **CHARITY ALL DAY NORTHERN SOUL EVENT COMING SOON** We have put together an all day event with up to 11 fantastic DJs. We are proud to support and be raising money for Kidney Cancer Support Network - KCSN . This will take place on Sunday 15th August 13:00-00:00 at Nantwich Town Football Club. Tickets and further details will be out soon. Cost will be £10.00 in advance and £12.50 on the door (if any left). Pete dont know you mate, but you are spot on i saw some very interesting behaviour on several occasions in Broad street / Station Street after a brisk walk from Molineaux via the subway back in the day! Strange because we would all be mates again at the Top of the world the very same evening!!! Ha Ha
  4. Buying Motown in the late 60's, first heard some northern tunes at a youth club in Alsager maybe 73/74? To young unfortunately for the Torch but took in all of the other Potteries venues, Up the Junction Crewe,Top of the World Stafford, Blackpool Mecca, Whitchurch (Bank Holiday) All Dayers!!! Drifted away from the scene mainly due to Family & Work reasons. Found it again at the Wyche Nantwich 90's? and Nantwich Civic. Was tipped off about Whitby and thoroughly enjoyed our 1st weekender for about 30 years in 2012 counting down the days for this years trip to North Yorkshire.

  6. This CD arrived in the post yesterday, Excellent offering!!! The Rose Batiste track is worth the cost on its own "Simply AWSOME"
  7. Just two for me! The Snake .... that record can nearly spoil a night for me! The other being Break away. Can't really think of another .... So many Good tunes out there!
