oh yes, we went to scarborough every bank holiday and in the salsbury every dinner and night. Me, mick mcguane, bernie,phil gravill, haggis etc etc. Actually met the wife Pat at Scarborough that weekend in that nightclub upstairs that was full of soulies. Richard Cryer was DJ then. THE MOTOWN ROOM All DJS did 2 spots,one early and the other later.The early session gave the djs the chance to "show off" some of the more rare and obscure stuff in their collections and stuff not normally requested.A steady flow of people entered the room and by 1:30 over 200 were in and the requests started to come.The room had a great atmosphere and by 3pm was full (300+) Heres what I can remember playing in my 2 spots. Anyone tell me how the Blacka one locks. Is it internal lock or padlock style. Had a few probs with internal locks before. Dave

yeah have 4 200's and 3 400's and they all have the handle at the side so records stack up when carried. never thought of that one.. dave

I'm looking for a really good 200 box. The ones I already have are the aluminium ones with shitty locks etc. Seen the Swan Flight ones with facility for padlock. Are these any good, do you know any better. Cheers Dave

well, thought i'd give me tuppence worth about this venue. The location is supurb and the room is great, leather seatees etc. We had a spot of lunch, steak sandwich and fries and it was very nice. The music was diverse, in a good way, plenty of variety soul wise but all good. Excellent company very friendly people. All in All , its a winner, and we'll be returning very soon. Dave n' Pat
