hi all, was listening to my copy of the rotations - trying to make you my own - mala demo, got me thinking that the backing track sounded very much like "paris blues" tony middleton released previously on mala. so is there any other label released 45s that used similar backing tracks for latter releases? a bit confusing but i hope you get the drift russ

hi roger, thanks for that, yes mine is on vinyl with a pressed in circle in deadwax, the label design is different from yours shown, its a plain pinkish/red label with the renfro logo across the top, which got me thinking it was a boot? but the monarch numbers denotes a 60s press. cheers russ

an excellent track, still dont see it very often, think i paid £40 for a copy, goes for £75/£100 dependant on condition happy hunting russ

bud harper does vary in price i believe a batch was found hence the price decrease, but in excellent to mint condition still £175/£200, yes have seen a few on ebay but condition varies. still love this track, paid £200 for a mint- few years ago. regards the gwen davies thought £100/£125 tops dependant on condition,didnt think this was still in demand maybe a couple of years ago? cheers russ
