Hi Sean,"ebay doesn't allow the term bootleg" because and I am sure someone on here can verify,of the legalities of selling a pretend item as an original.Your listing and desription was ambiguous IMO.Although I do know you and know you are honest. "Bootlegs" are sold all the time on Ebay and not just records either.Perhaps a new descriptor for a "bootleg"could be founded but I am sure this would also contravene Ebay's standards. However who ,within Ebay ,would have the knowledge of being able to distinguish a REAL Original and anything else with regards to records ATB Stevie

This is not disparaging in any way.When I sell or trade a record I clearly state whether or not it is an ORIGINAL ...No misleads no ambiguity .I WOULD NOT not let someone without knowledge ,purchase a record ,for silly amounts.I am pissed off at sellers who "KID"Please inform your bidders clearly.KEEP THE REAL ,REAL

Hi Shane ,stop keep dangling the bait for me Started collecting when I was 14 using my paper-rounds money.Stopped when I was 25 married by then etc.Restarted about 15 years ago,still collecting However I had not stopped listening to "northern"in the drought years,tapes ,radio,going out etc. When I started again I tried to collect records that were new to me and fresh to my ears........I still do. ITS IN MY BLOOD is the reason I collect ATB Stevie Z

Hi Chalky.Unfortunately some people,NOT necessarily on here will abuse the chance to copy/boot acetate a particular tune that they would like to own WITHOUT paying the going rate. Wane Harrel is a "snippet" of the tune so I'm ok with that.I am also the first person to want to hear something I do not know.......THEN I will try my best to obtain the record on original . I now only do "snippet" tapes( not moved into the 21st century yet).If someone sent me a "snippet" tape etc I would not be offended but totally understand why. Official releases,on CD etc I have bought for my personal use at home....Millionaires etc...I have a few originals that are on them......but cannot obtain/afford to own them all at the same time. I know there are legal issues........I am just a collector who believes in collecting in the way I do. Gonna ask a big name DJ to lend me their best 50 records so that I can acetate them to play out ATB Stevie
