Andy The IKEA range called BILLY has shelving units for which you can buy extra shelves as necessary and they guarantee the shelves to take 30kg weight. The smaller width is best. Trust me, I use them. An even better they cost about £30. Paul SITC

That would explain the postmarks on the Craig Moorer packages I've had. Speediest and safest form of shipping i've found is Global Priority, costs a bit more but is worth it for higher value items. Paul SITC

Paypal's new "Paypal protection" system will eventually mean no sellers will use it. If the seller can't prove they sent the item Paypal just deduct the requisite amount from the sellers account with no reference tp the account holder and credit the buyers account. There must be some kind of law against this in the States. Seller then gets all shirty and leaves negative feedback, leastwise that's what happened to me. Mind you he did claim to have 5 copies o siad record and used the same photo each time. I wonder whether anyone else got theirs. Paul SITC

  5. Me too! My first regular club on my return. Paul SITC
  6. You've obviously never been to These Old Shoes then. Postage stamp size and listing to port (depending on your starting point). A spin on the wrong side of the peak line and you'll likely end up in the decks! Paul SITC
  7. Course you are! If you're a good boy I might give Rufus Lumley on RCA a spin for you tomorrow. Paul SITC
  8. I guess that's for personal delivery to your door?
  9. Rowly Joe Dunlop had one in much worse condition than this for £800 a couple of months ago. He hasn't re-listed it so it may well have sold for that. Manship lists it at £1000. Paul SITC

Too damn right Mr A!And you'd have trouble getting the car on your decks
  11. I have to say that Beat Ballads do it for me every time and here in London it's not too unusual to hear them mid-set. Here's a couple of my current faves: Freddie Scott - Mr. Heartache - Columbia Kenny Shepard - What difference does it make - Maxx Teddy Randazzo - You don't need a heart - DCP Paul

  13. Couldn't agree more there Mikey. I reckon there must be more extant live footage of RC than most other performers from his 50 odd years in the business. Paul
